SUMMARY:ACL Thanksgiving
DESCRIPTION:Let’s gather together for a Thanksgiving Potluck Feast! The turkey\, potatoes\, and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be provided. \nMembers are asked to bring a favorite Thanksgiving side dish\, salad\, or dessert to share with others. If your last name starts with A-Q\, please bring a dessert; R-Z\, please bring a side dish or salad. Of course\, if you have a Thanksgiving favorite that’s not in your category\, you can bring that as well. This is a large event\, so kindly bring a dish with 10-12 servings. \nTo reduce trash at our Thanksgiving potluck\, we ask our members to bring their own cups\, plates\, and silverware. Please note that the venue does not allow glass cups\, plastic cups only. \nWe need volunteers to help set up\, decorate\, and clean up. The Club is entirely a volunteer-run organization. Get involved and meet some new people while you help out! We are asking for help with the set-up beginning at 11:00 am\, and help with the clean-up from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm that afternoon. If you can help out either early or late\, please sign up to be a volunteer or contact us at president@americanclublyon.org. \nFor public transportation options\, please check out TCL at www.tcl.fr/en. \nThe closest bus stop is the stop for LES BATTIERES (C21\, C24\, Bus 65) \nPlease RSVP no later than 5:00 pm Thursday\, November 19th.
