Independence Day Picnic

Join the ACL for our annual Independence Day Barbecue Picnic and General Assembly at Parc Miribel! The ACL will provide hamburgers, buns, and condiments. Members are invited to bring a potluck side dish or dessert to share.

Please bring your own beverages, plates, cutlery, cups, a picnic blanket, foldable chairs, and outdoor games if you have them. The lake is right there, so pack a bathing suit and towel if you’d like to take a dip — and don’t forget the sunscreen!

We’ll be meeting in the vicinity of Aire de Jeux du Castor near Plage de la Baraka. Exact location details will be shared in the ACL WhatsApp “All Chat” Community.

Public transportation to the park is available. We’ll also do our best to organize carpooling, so let us know if you can volunteer to drive or if you need transportation when you RSVP.
