December brought two of our most beloved holiday traditions back to the American Club of Lyon. Hosted by member Kelly Blunt, our annual Holiday Cookie Exchange brought together the amateur bakers of the club who arrived with platters of their favorite homemade cookies ready to swap. The variety showcased our community’s diverse baking talents and traditions. Members left with boxes full of cookies to enjoy with their families, along with new recipes and baking tips shared throughout the evening.
The holiday celebrations continued with our Holiday Happy Hour, hosted at the home of Ann and Mark Gallops, our ACL Ambassador. In true ACL spirit, everyone brought a bottle and good spirits to share.
These cozy gatherings remind us what makes the holiday season—and the ACL community—so special: coming together to celebrate traditions, make new memories, and enjoy the company of friends here in Lyon.
