Book Club – May 18

This event is open to members and non-members

Date and Time: We will meet Monday, May 18th at 2:00 pm
Place: The book store Raconte Moi la Terre’s tearoom, 14 rue du Plat 69002 Lyon (near Place Bellecour)

Our selection for May 18th is “Five Quarters of the Orange”, by Joanne Harris who returns to the small-town, postwar France of Chocolat.

Our selection for June 22nd is “Wild”, by Cheryl Strayed, which was made into a film that was released last year starring Reese Witherspoon.

Suggestions for our summer book is welcome. We will not meet in July or August and will meet in September.

Let me know if you plan to attend so I can save enough chairs. They serve lunch there if you would like to come earlier.
