Bootcamp Fitness Class

Let’s tone up, get fit, and be healthy together! Join us for a short, sharp and effective workout with Rebecca, a certified CrossFit Trainer, Holistic Health Coach and Personal Trainer.

Rebecca will organize the workout – all you need to do is turn up! The workout consists of bodyweight exercises and will be circuit or interval style. Learn more and RSVP here.
