Our first book choice is “The Elegance of the Hedgehog” by the best selling French author Muriel Barbery. The first few chapters are a bit tough as she is introducing us to the highly intellectual main character, but plow through – gets very interesting, insightful and funny. This book came out in English in 2008, and was made into the critically acclaimed film “Le Hérisson” in 2009.
Our book choice for March is “The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August” by Claire North, published Oct 2014. SOME STORIES CANNOT BE TOLD IN JUST ONE LIFETIME. Harry August is on his deathbed. Again.
